We took our car in to have a new cluster programed and had the worst customer service experience EVER!!! We spoke with Dana prior to taking our car in and he said that it would only take an hour and he would not charge us if he could not program the cluster. We sat there for over 2 hours waiting for our car, while Dana walked around talking on the phone and barely touched our car. When he was acting as if he was working on the car he was smoking cigarettes in it. WE DO NOT SMOKE, NOR DO WE LET OTHERS SMOKE IN OUR CAR. More than 2 hours later, he told us that he couldn't get it to work and wanted $87 for his time. WTF?!?! We proceeded to tell him that he told us we would not be charged if he couldn't get it to work. He claimed that he never said that. He stuck our keys in his pocket and refused to give them to us unless we paid. We paid the $87 and told him that we were extreamly unhappy with the service we received. He begen yelling and using profanity, telling us to get the eff out of his store. He followed us out to our car telling us what a POS our car was and kept acting as if he were going to hit our car and made idel threats to us. We feel that we were lied to, cheated and disrespected. We all have our bad days at work but what professional does this kind of crap. We will never, EVER take our car here again and I would not recommend anyone else doing so.
